For this Upper East Side residence, we installed SET Plus across both the primary and guest bathrooms, including full shower enclosures. The smooth plaster finish, treated with a matte SET Plus sealer for wet applications, lends a refined softness to the space. Its tactile quality and subdued tone bring warmth and architectural calm to a palette of natural stone, zellige tile, and precision-detailed fittings—achieving a seamless blend of functionality and quiet luxury.
