Upper East Side Residence
Architect: Adrien Allred, RA, Amalgam Architecture and Design
Finish Code: S+.062 Light Dust
Jeva Design Studio applied SET Plus throughout this refined New York residence — including full bathroom and shower enclosures. The smooth finish, sealed for wet areas, blends effortlessly with stone, zellige tile, and precision-detailed fixtures, creating a seamless, soft-spoken sense of luxury and architectural calm.

Hamptons Residence
Architect: WE+ Design
Finish Codes: T.051 Butter Lane, P.005 Cloud White
A layered material story unfolds in this serene home, where we installed a sculptural textured plaster fireplace reaching 23 feet. Across the great room, stairwell, and hallway, our Jeva Limewash brings softness and tonal movement to the space — capturing light with subtle elegance.

99 Hudson Residence
Architect: VLDG
Finish Codes: S.057 Daybreak, P.004 Pale Oak
High above the city, this penthouse features seamless SET Plaster applications across living walls and corridor surfaces. A soft, smooth Daybreak finish grounds the home in calm structure, while Pale Oak Limewash in the bedroom enhances natural light with whisper-soft translucency.

Upper West Side Residence
Contractor: Fowa Construction
Finish Code: S+.075 All White
For this elegant Upper West Side home, we extended SET Plus across bathroom walls, ceilings, and even custom vanity cabinetry — creating a monolithic, refined finish in a single architectural tone. Smooth, durable, and sealed for wet environments.

Scarsdale Residence
Architect: Chused & Co. Interiors
Finish Code: S+.090 Charleston
In this richly detailed primary bath, Jeva Design Studio applied SET Plus across ceilings, walls, and trim. The result is a unified envelope of soft materiality that supports classical detailing and warm metal finishes without competing for attention.

Briarwood Residence
Architect: Direct-to-Client
Finish Code: T.002 Linen Rain
Multiple finishes shape this home’s identity — from the smooth gray plaster in the dining room to the textured Linen Rain in the living space. Each surface was sealed with a custom iridescent topcoat, creating subtle shifts in reflectivity throughout the day.

25 Water St Lobby
Architect: Cetra Ruddy
Finish Code: T.011 Urbane Linen
A textured SET Plaster application defines this residential lobby — extending across integrated doors and surfaces. Finished with a mica wax, the surface glows with controlled iridescence, balancing drama with cohesion.

60 Broad Lobby
Architect: Morris Adjmi
Finish Code: S.065 White Lustro
For this 23-foot-high lobby, we installed a smooth plaster finish in White Lustro, sealed with a soft satin to enhance the space’s architectural rhythm. Sculptural columns and curated artwork further elevate the tone of quiet sophistication.

One Park
Architect: VLDG
Finish Code: S.097 Dream
Sweeping curved walls and towering 40-foot columns were treated with SET Plaster in our Dream tone. The semi-gloss finish enhances natural light diffusion and creates continuity between structure and space.

Midtown Investment Firm
Architect: Direct-to-Client
Finish Code: S.042 Bess Beige
In this private firm, we delivered SET Plaster finishes throughout the elevator lobby and executive corridors. The Bess Beige tone provides warmth and neutrality, paired perfectly with stone flooring and soft illumination.

5th Avenue Lobby
Architect: Direct-to-Client
Finish Code: S.031 Royal Beige
A custom-matched SET Plaster was used to complement surrounding stone tiles in this 24-foot commercial entry. The smooth satin finish reflects light gently, enhancing volume and emphasizing architectural form.

Saks Photo Studio
Architect: VLDG
Finish Code: T.019 250 Gray
For Saks’ content studio, we applied SET Plaster in a textured finish to the reception desk, cabinetry, and walls. The tone was precisely matched to existing concrete floors, creating a cohesive, editorial backdrop that reflects the brand’s high-design DNA.

MCM SoHo
Architect: Direct-to-Client
Finish Code: C.060 MCM Gray
In this luxury retail project, we replicated a Venetian plaster look using SET in a custom-mixed MCM Gray. Applied to perimeter walls, cabinetry, and counters, the result is durable, matte, and true to the brand’s material language.

Upper East Side Chiropractic Wellness
Architect: Direct-to-Client
Finish Code: S.009 Green Tea
We installed an accent wall in Green Tea — a botanical hue applied in smooth SET Plaster and finished with a satin topcoat. The finish softens the waiting area, balancing natural textures with clean-lined furnishings.

Midas Headquarters
Architect: VLDG
Finish Codes: T.059 Earth, C.019 Midas Gray
This dramatic two-story office features a textured black plaster feature wall designed to evoke excavated earth — complete with embedded pin lighting. Midas Gray finishes extend throughout, including a custom plaster bench and continuous vertical elements.
