Upper East Side Residence

Jeva Design Studio applied SET Plus throughout this refined New York residence — including full bathroom and shower enclosures. The smooth finish, sealed for wet areas, blends effortlessly with stone, zellige tile, and precision-detailed fixtures, creating a seamless, soft-spoken sense of luxury and architectural calm.

High above the city, this penthouse features seamless SET Plaster applications across living walls and corridor surfaces. A soft, smooth Daybreak finish grounds the home in calm structure, while Pale Oak Limewash in the bedroom enhances natural light with whisper-soft translucency.

For this elegant Upper West Side home, we extended SET Plus across bathroom walls, ceilings, and even custom vanity cabinetry — creating a monolithic, refined finish in a single architectural tone. Smooth, durable, and sealed for wet environments.

In this richly detailed primary bath, Jeva Design Studio applied SET Plus across ceilings, walls, and trim. The result is a unified envelope of soft materiality that supports classical detailing and warm metal finishes without competing for attention.

Multiple finishes shape this home’s identity — from the smooth gray plaster in the dining room to the textured Linen Rain in the living space. Each surface was sealed with a custom iridescent topcoat, creating subtle shifts in reflectivity throughout the day.

A textured SET Plaster application defines this residential lobby — extending across integrated doors and surfaces. Finished with a mica wax, the surface glows with controlled iridescence, balancing drama with cohesion.

60 Broad Lobby

For this 23-foot-high lobby, we installed a smooth plaster finish in White Lustro, sealed with a soft satin to enhance the space’s architectural rhythm. Sculptural columns and curated artwork further elevate the tone of quiet sophistication.

Sweeping curved walls and towering 40-foot columns were treated with SET Plaster in our Dream tone. The semi-gloss finish enhances natural light diffusion and creates continuity between structure and space.

Midtown Investment Firm

In this private firm, we delivered SET Plaster finishes throughout the elevator lobby and executive corridors. The Bess Beige tone provides warmth and neutrality, paired perfectly with stone flooring and soft illumination.

A custom-matched SET Plaster was used to complement surrounding stone tiles in this 24-foot commercial entry. The smooth satin finish reflects light gently, enhancing volume and emphasizing architectural form.

Saks Photo Studio

For Saks’ content studio, we applied SET Plaster in a textured finish to the reception desk, cabinetry, and walls. The tone was precisely matched to existing concrete floors, creating a cohesive, editorial backdrop that reflects the brand’s high-design DNA.

In this luxury retail project, we replicated a Venetian plaster look using SET in a custom-mixed MCM Gray. Applied to perimeter walls, cabinetry, and counters, the result is durable, matte, and true to the brand’s material language.
